Northeast dojo with Sensei Scheid, McCarthy and Lopresti 2004

 

As a member club of Shotokan Karatjutsu Academy we are now affiliated with Kyoshi Patrick McCarthy of Koryu-Uchinadi. (His web-site is www.koryu-uchinadi.com) This allows us to have yearly training with one of the worlds most respected instructors and authorities in the martial arts. This years seminar featured a Black Belts only session which allowed McCarthy sensei to give us a much more detailed instruction which was greatly appreciated. During the seminar he also promoted Sensei Sal Lopresti to 7th Dan. In 2005 we are expecting to conduct a week long seminar which will cover more aspects of our martial arts training.

It's never too early to think about upcoming sessions. Look for upcoming information on AJKA Summer Camp 2006 and tournament information.
